Our goal is to provide a venue where you can search at your convenience, and when ready, let one of our rental consultants help you compile your selections and preferences into a rental proposal.

We suggest that you begin your search with the Display Kits, searching or browsing with the goal of adding the ones you like best to Your Rental Request. Use the price and features filters to see if there are designs in the database that match your needs exactly. You can broaden your search to view options that come close, or click reset and page through all the designs with no filters selected.

Try clicking any of the thumbnail images. You get the Kit Details which includes a detailed description and additional views. This is where you add kits to your Rental Request, which are the kits you'd like to discuss with a rental consultant (explained in detail under "building a Rental Request"). You can also click Browse Finish Swatches to view the available rental finish swatches. Though the colors are limited, there is a nice variety of textures and complimenting colors to mix and match. You can view actual swatches to see the textures and shades. Many of the designs include a combination of these finishes. Vinyl overlays can also add color or a variety of wood grain appearances.

Then, for fun, we suggest you browse the Add-On Kits to see the variety of reception counters, for example, or whatever interests you. It won’t take long for you to see possibilities in shapes, and styles allowing a variety of options for you to modify any of the designs you’ve placed in Your Remtal Request.

Now you’re ready to refine your selections. You can add comments next the kits you've selected in your Rental Request. You can print the rental request and or click to send it to a Rental Contultant. This doesn’t generate an order, this simply lets your Rental Consultant know what your intereted in. Because graphics are a big part of any display we ask if you'd like to discuss the Nomadic's available graphic services, the same with Nomadic's show services.

When you click "Send to a Rental Consultant," your request is instantly received by Nomadic Rentals where it is forwarded to your rental consultant. If you indicate you wish to be contacted via email then that is how your rental consultant will communicate with you until you say otherwise. With your Rental Request, and possibly a few questions and clarifications, we can generate a rental proposal specific to your needs.
